Design Brief
The intention behind the remodel was to modernize the Pintado residence. Reconfiguration and relocation allowed for an open floor plan. The newfound openness of the space creates better flow between spaces.

Pintado opens to a short hall that quickly opens up into the main living space. An open plan consisting of distinct spaces: kitchen, living, and dining. Each area is marked by a unique ceiling. Furthermore, the vast windows elevate the space by bringing in natural light
private space
bed & Bath
The primary suite got a fresh makeover with new finishes throughout the space. The modern look also spilled into adjoining rooms.
The laundry room (seen right) was relocated to make way for a layout adjustment to obtain better movement throughout the private quarters.
